Barbecue

Barbecue or BBQ is a cooking method, usually involving the cooking of meat over flames. The word barbecue when used as a noun can refer to the cooking apparatus (the "barbecue grill" or simply "BBQ"), the meat cooked on it, or an event at which this type of food is served.
